Email Manager
Hepsia’s Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward mails from one mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from ‘Very Low’ to ‘Very High’ to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy – all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the email mailbox account you want to forward emails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message – enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox – you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
